Shared narrow boat Shannon

Shannon is a 57ft semi-trad fitted out on a Reeves hull.

Fit-out is to a high specification. Inside it is lined in Maple hardwood with a t&g roof with exposed floorboards throughout.

It is a reverse layout with the galley at the stern followed by a dinette then the saloon continuing through to a spacious walk through bathroom to the bedroom at the bow.

Some of the features include: 4 burner hob & oven, refrigerator multi fuel stove, digital freeview flat screen TV, radio/CD player, quadrant shower, vacuum cassette toilet.

There is a Mikuni heater, 5 batteries and a 2KW Inverter.

The exterior is painted dark green and coffee cream. It has port holes and a sky light above the saloon area and a side hatch.

This is a brand new boat ideally suited for a smaller syndicate who have some boating experience.

Obviously the boat carries a Recreational Craft Directive certificate from the builder issued by an independent Surveyor.

This is the second boat we have built for shared ownership and offered for sale through boatshare.co.uk . You can see the other boat here . Shares in the last boat were picked up fairly quickly and we hope this will happen here so that owners can use the boat in 2008.

We helped set up a private syndicate of 6 shareholders over 12 months ago and this is running very successfully.

The new boat 'Shannon' is ideally suited to those who would prefer a small syndicate and who would appreciate a new boat built to a high specification. The boat is available for viewing and will be ready for use late March 2009.
