General comments about the boat |
Starting at the rear is the Semi Trad stern with equipment
lockers and seats with storage. Stairs then lead down to the
bedroom, which has king size (pullout) bed and plenty of
wardrobes and cupboard space – all in solid oak.
Walking through the corridor, next there is separate bathroom
with full size shower, basin and pump out wc.
The kitchen is next, recently re-done in solid oak and has full
size cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment) and microwave.
Here you can open side hatch.
Forward of kitchen, everything is open which gives illusion of
space and a view out over the well deck through glazed doors.
The dining area, re-upholstered last year, along with all other
soft furnishings, converts to double bed – with storage beneath.
Plenty of room for 4, 6 if 2 are kids.
In front of the dining area is a large lounge with sofa and blow
up bed for additional guests. This area can be separated with
full length curtain. Again lots of solid oak storage. Here is
TV/DVD and wood burning stove and double doors on to the deck.
Fresh water tank is mounted below the front deck and holds
approximately 150 gallons. Gas locker for 2 x 13kg gas bottles
and couple of seat lockers.
The boat is regularly maintained which includes refurbishment
during winter months while not in use.
The heating system has recently been replaced (2015).
The boat carries the CE mark and complies with the Recreational
Craft Directive which includes the Boat Safety Certificate.
Insulation spray polystyrene all external areas.
Lining : Ash T & G and /or oak faced panelling and hardwood
trim.
Heating: Diesel central heating with radiators and solid fuel
stove.
Power: 12 volt system and/or 240 volt through an inverter.

General Comments by vendor

We bought our share 3 years
ago to sample share boating. We like it , we love this boat
so are now wanting to sell our week to facilitate buying 2
from another owner.
From our home marina, we have enjoyed varied trips and most
recently spent Christmas aboard cruising to Llangollen.
The boat is maintained to a high standard and has undergone
substantial and continued improvements (thanks to our our
chairman, a retired engineer and an enthusiastic boater);
internally - oak kitchen, wardrobes, cupboards, upgraded
shower/bathroom, flooring, upholstery and painting
throughout living areas; Others - new engine (2017), diesel
heating 2 years ago, calorifier and leisure batteries with
full re-paint in plan/budgeted for.
We have taken internal video on our most recent trip if
interested, please contact.
Additional
non-allocated weeks are available at a nominal
contribution of £50 so is possible to extend into
non-allocated weeks if nobody else has got there first
for limited cost. Other owners unable to take their own
weeks are offered up within the group of owners via
email as soon as this is known.
An AGM is held in
December where owners get together to review previous
cruising season and agree works to be carried out during
that winter.
Lovely, smart,
comfortable boat in a great location, 20 minutes from M6 and
great bunch of like minded owners, backed by solid
leadership.
