| Booking System |
A booking chart for the following
calendar year is circulated. Each owner has a priority for that
year, and moves up a couple of places each year: after a year at
the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom, and
after six years the cycle begins again. Each owner can choose
two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’
(April to October), and one week in the remainder of the year.
By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the
year begins.
Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. These extra bookings are confirmed on the first day of the month before the month of the booking. |

| Priority for school holidays |
There are "special" shares, for which a £250 premium
is paid on the running costs each year, and this entitles those owners to
priority on the booking form for school holidays

Accessed from the corridor outside is the gas-fired central heating boiler. GALLEY: Gas cooker with 4-burner hob, grill and oven. Microwave. Fridge with freezer compartment. Sink and drainer. Opening side hatch opposite. Separated by high level glass-fronted crockery cupboards from... DINING AREA: L-shaped dinette with removable table, converts to double bed. Optionally separated by curtain from... SITTING AREA: Wardrobe above drawers, opposite solid fuel stove. Two chairs convertible to single beds. Flat screen TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Glazed full width doors to... FRONT DECK: Seating on three sides with under seat storage. Fresh water storage tank in bow. EXTERNAL: Boat roof has non-slip surface, storage for boat poles and planks.
